RSA Canada today announced its SME P&C customers can now access expert legal information and other guidance.
With the new service, customers can make the most of experienced and expert third-party attorneys that can give advice on a wide range of legal problems related to SMEs.
“We are very pleased to offer this new value-added service to our SME policyholders,” said RSA SME Canada interim vice-president, Glen Bates. “As a small business owner, legal matters may seem intimidating or complex. Our legal assistance service offers your customers the opportunity to call a professional free of charge, to answer their questions on legal issues.”
The services will be available via a call to the legal team. RSA Canada says all calls and information will be strictly confidential and secure. Among the subjects the experts cover are statutory cases, rental agreements, contracts, and consumer law.
“We encourage you to discuss the benefits of RSA’s legal assistance service with your SME customers,” added Bates. “We’ve been working hard to support you and your customers by evolving our SME value proposition and we will continue our ongoing efforts to better serve your needs.”
